What kind of discount is available to churches?

Each software company offers different discounts to Non-Profit organizations. Microsoft offers the largest discount. For example, one retail copy of Microsoft Office 2003 Professional would cost $499 if purchased at a local software retailer. Through CCB a church can purchase one license of Microsoft Office 2003 Professional for $67 (plus a one-time charge of $39 for the Media Kit needed to install the Office suite).

Can I buy software for my home computer through CCB?

Not at a discount. This special pricing is only available to Non-Profit organizations classified with a 501c3 tax-exempt status. However, you can download the FREE OpenOffice software for your home computer. The OpenOffice suite will allow you to create documents, spreadsheets and powerpoint-type presentations.
